Puzzle Palooza “Gal”entine Edition (girls only)

• Register: January 2 through February 6 or the team limit of 12
• When: Wednesday, February 7
• Where: City Campus Gym
• Time: Doors open at 5:45 p.m. Timer begins at 6:00 p.m. sharp
• Cost:  $35 per team

Daddy Daughter Dance

• Wristbands available at Show Low Family Aquatic Center, 1100 W. Deuce of Clubs until February 8 or sold out.
• Event: Friday, February 9
• Where: City Campus Gym, 620 E. McNeil
• Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
• Age: 12 and under
• Cost:  $15 per dad & daughter, $5 each additional daughter
• Dancing, photo booth, refreshments, and snacks.

Teen Night Pillow Fight

• Where: Show Low City Campus Gym
• When: Friday, February 16
• Time: 6:00-8:00 p.m.
• Ages: 13-17
• Cost:  FREE (pre-registration is required)
It’s not dodgeball . . . it’s a pillow fight! Come dressed in your favorite (appropriate) pajamas and slippers. There will be concessions for purchase. Pre-register is required at Show Low Family Aquatic Center or online at showlow.activityreg.com. For information call (928) 532-4130.

American Red Cross Lifeguard Training

• Where: Show Low Family Aquatic Center
• When: February 19, 20, 22, 26, 27,28
• Time: 6:00-9:30 p.m.
• Cost:  $125
Now hiring (dayshift needed). Prerequisites: Must be 15 years of age by the end of the course; Swim 300 yards continuously; Swim 20 yards front-crawl or breaststroke, retrieve a 10 lb. brick, return to the surface and swim back with brick in 1 minute 40 seconds. Kid’s Night Out

• When: Friday, February 23
• Where: Show Low Family Aquatic Center
• Time: 7:00 – 8:45 p.m.
• Age: 6-12
• Cost:  $10 per participant (MUST PRE-REGISTER)
Kids enjoy dinner, swimming, and a treat at the end!  “Please bring food or feed your child prior to the event if they have any food allergies.”  Parks and Recreation does not have medical personnel on staff.  However, please contact us for any accommodation you may need by no later than 72 hours before program start. After School Program

• Where: Nikolaus Homestead Cafeteria
• Days: Monday through Thursday
• Time: 2:45-5:45 p.m.
• Grades: K-6
• Cost: $160 per month, 20 Punch Pass $225, 10 Punch Pass $150
Show Low School District and City of Show Low are partnering for a quality program. Each month has a new theme. February is Community. Kids are having fun while learning cool interesting activities with great certified leaders, helping create bright futures.  For more information go to showlowaz.gov

Show Low Recreation Swim Team

• Where: Show Low Family Aquatic Center
• Practices: Monday through Thursday (starting January 8)
• Time: 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
• Ages: 5 to 17
• Cost per month: $25 per child; $85 for 4 or more family members (immediate family members only)
Show Low Swim Team is a recreational swim program for children.  Swimmers must be able to swim the minimum skill requirement for participation.  Swimmers must be able to swim 25 years freestyle and backstroke non-stop and without assistance.

Show Low 100 Mile Challenge 2024 Registration

• Register: January 16 through March 19 (Jan 16 – Feb 19 for t-shirt registration)
• Event Dates: March 19 through June 26
• Where: Anywhere you want
• All Ages
• Cost: $15 per participant, $30 with t-shirt, $15 per dog
Kick Off is Tuesday, March 19 at the Show Low Family Aquatic Center between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.  100 miles in 100 days.  Achieve your official first mile with a walk or jog a mile around Show Low City Park (1.1 mile).  Swag to the first 150 participants and eligible to win Kick Off prize(s).  For all information, go to showlowaz.gov or call (928) 532-4130.

Wild Hare Color Run/Walk Registration

• Register: February 1 through March 8
• Event Date: Saturday, March 23
• Where: Show Low City Park, New Pavilion
• All Ages
• Cost: $20 Adults (13+), $10 Youth (12-) includes race day tee
Late Registration: March 9 through March 22 $30 Adults (13+), $20 Youth (12-) (shirt not guaranteed).  All finishers have a chance to win raffle prizes!  Register in person at Show Low Family Aquatic Center or online at showlow.activityreg.com. For information call (928) 532-4130.

Spring 2024 1-Pitch Registration

• Register: February 1 through February 28 (or team limit)
• Games: Monday nights beginning in early March
• Where: Show Low City Park
• Cost: $275 per team
