DESCRIPTION:The base of operations for the Pinewood Showdown will be the scenic Wilderness Ranch outside Pinetop-Lakeside/Show Low\, Arizona where we have access to some of the most beautiful and fun dirt roads in Northern Arizona. We found a spot worthy of your trusty gravel or mtb steeds\, and we don’t plan to disappoint. \nRiders will have the option of choosing between a 25\, 50\, or 100 mile routes to test your mettle. Couple this with an amazing venue\, live music in the camp pavilion and you have the recipe for a fantastic weekend. \nSCHEDULE\nThis is a tentative schedule of events that is subject to change\, so make sure to check back for updates. \nThursday \n\nVenue closed for set up – volunteers and staff only\n\nFriday \n\n12:00PM: Staging area opens for campers and vendors\n2:00PM: Course is marked and ready to pre-ride\n4:00PM: Packet pickup opens (SWAG bag and t-shirt included)\n5:00-6:00PM: Games in the venue\n4:00-9:00PM: Food vendors onsite\n4:00-6:30PM: Live music on the pavilion stage\n6:30PM: S’mores in the venue\n9:00PM: Packet pickup ends\n10:00PM: Lights out (seriously people\, you have a race the next day!)\n\nSaturday \n\n6:00AM-7:00AM: Late packet pickup\n6:03AM: Sunrise\n6:30AM: Mandatory pre-race meeting\n7:00AM: 100 mile Gravel Grinder Start\n12:00PM-5:00PM: Live Music on the pavilion stage\n1:00PM: Kid’s Race\n3:00PM: Awards ceremony\n6:27PM: Sunset\n6:30PM: S’mores in the venue\n\nSunday \n\n8:00AM to 12:00PM: Cleanup in the staging area\n12:00PM: All campers must be out (it’s a wrap!)
